Bridge a Life is the CarePortal Implementing Partner in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto counties. CarePortal is another method of continuing to serve and support children and families in our community. Bridge a Life has been purposeful in focusing our CarePortal efforts on helping children to remain safely in their homes.
Care-Portal is a care-sharing technology platform that connects churches with the needs of vulnerable children and families through local child welfare agencies in a vetted, beneficial, and organized way.
