Bridge a Life is the CarePortal Implementing Partner in Manatee, Sarasota, and DeSoto counties. CarePortal is another method of continuing to serve and support children and families in our community. Bridge a Life has been purposeful in focusing our CarePortal efforts in the prevention space, helping to keep families together.
CarePortal is an online platform that connects churches with the needs of vulnerable children and families through local child welfare agencies in a safe, organized, and beneficial way.
Within 12 months of supplementing its Family Support service array with CarePortal, the Safe Children Coalition reported at 60% reduction in children entering out-of-home care. To read the full case study, click the button below.
